Buckingham South Assisted Living in Savannah, Georgia is proud to announce that we are continuing to offer all the physical, occupational, speech therapies, wound care, and we are so excited that we now have a specialized Vestibular Therapist on premises. We offer mobile rehabilitation, home health care, in -home assisted living services. Urine analysis, wound care, catheter care, oxygen care and ostomy care can all be done in the privacy of your home or at Buckingham South by our fantastic team of registered nurses (RN) and LPNs. The Med TEchs (medication technicians) are highly trained and available 24 hours a day.
