At Buckingham South, we aim at providing the best care to our senior citizens, and we use high-end technology in every area to ensure that we reach our objective. We have state-of-art medication monitoring, security cameras, and call bell systems, to provide the best care.
Buckingham South Assisted Living offers the highest quality and customizable Assisted Living and Nursing Care.
Our in house Registered Nurse trains proxy certified technicians to provide oxygen, catheter, and ostomy care; g-tube feedings, wound care, urine collection for urinary tract infection analysis is done in house by a Registered Nurse or Licensed Professional Nurse.
Our medication monitoring system includes scheduled medications, eye drops, insulin, blood thinners and anticoagulants. Our medical technicians are certified and trained in house. We use a hi tech medication system to make med passes seamless and timely.
Buckingham South Assisted Living partners with many mobile rehabilitation therapies and home health, including: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychotherapy, hospice care, palliative care, and respite care.
Buckingham South Assisted Living offers a unique approach to care. Our medical, activity and administrative staff customizes care in our unique Buckingham South way. We combine social, medical and physical assessments to ensure each client's care is well- rounded and complete.
Buckingham South Assisted Living's approach to Memory Care and Dementia Care is just as unique. We involve our memory and dementia care clients in every activity and group discussion. The socialization, the social dining room and the community's care and respect assist in memory care clients' well being; and sometimes can improve their mental, physical and social acuities.
Buckingham South offers the highest level of Assisted Living care. Buckingham South Assisted Living offers five levels of care. In addition to our regular Activities of Daily Living (ADL), one can rest assured that as their level of care increases (as is expected with Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, dementia and all memory care, as well as unique diagnosis of tumors, tremors, age-ism, age related weakness, etc), their needs will be met with utmost care, compassion and dignity.
